As a New Jersey-based visual artist, my creative practice investigates how structural boundaries interact with energy and emotion. My foundation is rooted in figurative abstraction, where I originally used oil and oil pastel to deconstruct the human anatomy into geometric patterns, exploring the juxtaposition of rigidity and vulnerability. This early era focused deeply on the psychological weight of void-like spaces.

      My current body of work represents a natural evolution of these concepts, shifting from the internal structures of the body to the external architecture of the home. Heavily inspired by the work of Still, Reinhardt, and Kandinsky, I have distilled my visual language into a refined, abstract style. By embracing their approaches to color and form, I aim to create canvases that are highly palatable and inviting for domestic environments, infusing everyday spaces with a distinct artistic personality without overwhelming them.

      A defining element of this current era is a strict commitment to a vertical format. Driven by spatial psychology, I utilize verticality to make a room appear taller, while employing deep perspective to make intimate walls feel significantly larger. Ultimately, my work has transformed from portraying the unsettling energy of human fragmentation to actively elevating the physical and psychological atmosphere of the spaces we inhabit.
